Newfane is a shire town with many beautiful white buildings and fences. Rt 30 is the only State highway that serves this town.

9/30/2017. Stopped in this town with Chuck n Sue while doing our covered bridge tour. We stopped at Dutton’s farmstand and bought a raspberry pie but had no forks. We ended up eating it with spoons.

10/9/2023. First time being in this town since joining the 251 Club. We found the town sign and stopped at the Newfane Store where Ann bought a delicious sandwich. We topped it off by stopping at Dutton’s Farm Stand; continuing the tradition of cutting and eating a raspberry pie with a spoon. We missed a festival in the park from the day before. The original Newfane Flea Market looks to be a good place to visit but it is closed on weekdays.
