Halifax is a square shaped town that has Massachusetts as it’s southern border. Rt 112 rus diagonally through the southwest corner of the town.

8/16/2023. Halifax is an interesting town. We had to take Branch Rd which is a back road to get to “town”. We found the school and town hall in West Halifax. Halifax Center was further up Jackson Rd. All that we saw was a an old church, cemetary and the remains of a stone fireplace. A row of mail boxes must be for every resident in town as we saw very few houses. Jackson Rd is a long dirt road that leads to the back way  into Guilford. Very rural and reminds me of our recent trip through Victory and Gramby
