Highgate has a jagged boarder lines that on the map looks like an arrow pointed down. Rt 78 runs east and west through town while Rt 207 runs north and south and leads to the boarder of Canada.

We go through here often. Our kids and grandkids have gone to school here. I have paddled the Missisquoi River and camped out at “No Clue Island”. Ann and I started a bike loop through Franklin from Highgate. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail goes through it also. It is the home of the Highgate Arena. On 4/10/21 We found 3 stumps on the LVRT and made a table and matching chairs for our picnic.
