We drove from Granby into Victory by way of Gallup Mills. The town clerk’s office was there. Taking Victory Rd from Gallup Mills will take you to Victory State Forest and to Burke. If visiting the forest (trails there maybe?) I would get there from Route 114 in Burke. Instead we took River Rd which runs along the Moose River but there was nothing in what its marked as the Victory town center on the map so we continues to Route 2 in Concord.
