70th ANNUAL MEMBER MEETING

Members can choose between attending the Annual Meeting in person or livestreaming the event. In addition, the annual meeting will feature a raffle. Stay tuned for an email this summer announcing the raffle prizes and instructions on how to enter the raffle!

RESERVATIONS

  • In person – advance registration is required and the deadline to reserve a spot is September 10, 2025. The price is $40 per person, which includes a full lunch (salad, choice of two entrees, plus a vegetarian option, and dessert). To reserve your spot, please send a check to The 251 Club, PO Box 632 Chester, VT 05143 and include the name(s) of the people attending or sign up online (select “Store” then “Merchandise”).
  • Livestream – if you would like to receive the link to livestream the meeting, please send an email to TheVT251Club@gmail.com. While livestreaming the event is free, it serves as our primary and sole fundraising effort for the year. If you would like to make the suggested donation of $15, please use the “Donate” button at the bottom of this page or send a check to The 251 Club of Vermont PO Box 632 Chester, VT 05143. We’re truly grateful for the continued support of our members.
