Driving in from Fairfax on the Fletcher road.  Beautiful land, farms and views.  Stopped at the Fairfield Town Office for a picture in front of the town sign.  Headed over to the Fletcher General Store for a chocolate milk :).  Looked up some former co-workers maple business – Gillilan Family Maple.  Found the small sign….but surrounded by beautiful land and views.  Picturesque farms.  Headed up North Road (one of the central dirt roads) towards Fairfield, destination Chester A Arthur birthplace.  Took Taylor Rd passed Metcalf Pond and north to Fairfield.
