Being that Westford is the neighboring town of the town we grew up in, both of us are fairly familiar.  However, being in the opposite direction of Burlington, we rarely have a need to travel to or through Westford.  However, when we make it a point to visit, we comment how open and beautiful it is.  Some tremendous views.  The town green is classic small town Vermont – surrounded by some historic buildings and just inviting enough to make you stop in at the new general store and stay awhile.

The civil war monument reminds you that many Vermonters participated in the war that saved a nation.
