Stopped by St Anne’s Shrine, not a long visit as we also visited there last summer with our southern cousins.  Walked around the Fisk Quarry Preserve.  Great sign describing VP Teddy Roosevelt’s visit to LT Gov Nelson Fisk’s farm in early 1900’s.  It was during this visit that Teddy found out that President McKinley had been shot.  8 days later McKinley was dead and Teddy was President.

Rode around entire island, dropped post card off at Post Office.
