- Came in on Rt. 8 from MA and stopped at town office to take a picture
- The town office is in the local elementary school as is the case in Readsboro
- Followed Rt. 8 into Readsboro
- Had hoped to stop at a store but there didn’t seem to be significant retail activity
- There is a LT/AT trail head in the south western corner of the town
- The LT/AT crosses through the town from south to north on the western side almost the entire length of the town
