- Came in on Rt. 8 from Stamford
- Stopped at the closed Dutch Hill Ski Area, which could be fun in the winter for hiking to ski or cross country ski, not well maintained for summer hiking it seemed
- Stopped at town office, which is in the school building, just like in Stamford
- Drove down Tunnel Street to Sherman Reservoir, which is in Whitingham
- Passed several markes for Catamount Trails
- Stopped at Readsboro General Store, a quirk small and very local joint, the Hummusita warp was juicy and delicous
