Plymouth

  • First time I got married was in Plymouth at the Echo Lake State Park, a gorgeous spot for outdoor summer fun
  • Rt. 100 crosses the town from south to north and there are several lakes along the road, great for boating, fishing, swimming, even ice fishing in the winter – when you can sometimes see people drive their cars/trucks onto the ice
  • The town is most famous for Calvin Coolidge, 30th President of the US, who was born and raised here, and is also burried here
  • Calvin Coolidge State Park and State Historical Site and great spots to visit
  • Plymouth Cheese on the Coolidge Estate is worth checking out, if they are open
