- Half of the Stratton Mountain Resort is located in the southern part of Winhall and the town is definitely dominated by it and the business it brings in.
- Had the pleasure of snowboarding at Stratton once this past winter (2024/25)
- Have had lunch at the Workhorse Cafe a couple of times, a popular stop for locals and tourists
- My husband has taken his business to the local Gun Shop a few times
- We look forward to trying out Gale Meadows Pond with our Paddleboards this summer (2025)
