#2 8/2/2025. It had been a busy week for Ann, taking care of Claire n Izzy one day and then Jayce another, all the while dealing with me being home sick all week. Ann deserved a break, so we headed to see Chuck n Sue in their summer home in Wells.

The town was having their annual town fair for the 87th year in a row. Since we wanted to do something different in each town from the last time, we decided to go. It was as old fashioned as you could get with handmade games and a school orchestra playing in the band stand. We took part in a few games and had some fried dough before going back to the house for a fire in their fire pit. It was the first one since they bought the house.
