Saint Albans Town

We love to go down to the bay, buy cremees and walk the town park, or eat on the deck at the Bayside Pavillion. Kil Kare State Park is a quick fix for a day at the beach.
We married Patrick and Ariana there. I have winter camped at Burton Island while Ann n I spent a brutally hot weekend primitive camping on the southeast side of the island. It is also a nice place to bring your bikes. I took the kids camping at Woods Island and have hiked the island, both in the winter and summer

Sailed into Saint Albans Bay as part of Ann surprise retirement cruise. We arrived earlier than expected so we went for a swim near the boat launch. The marina was too shallow for us to dock. We moored outside the harbor and prepared for surprise dinner with friends. Charlie n Charlene picked us up n brought us to Mill River BBQ where we met her coworkers for dinner. We slept at our mooring and had breakfast aboard the vessel

Since then we have been to the Bay Park for farmers markets, concerts and walks with Tucker. On 8/20/ we place our special 251 rock under Champ. The rock has the date we arrived in St. Albans Bay while sailing on Ann’s retirement cruise. Ann loves to take Izzy and Jayce to play on their playground. The Bay Store is not a bad place to get a creamy too. It is where we met Nate, Molly and the kids while placing our 251 rock.
