Drove to Monkton just to find a town sign. We found more than that. Monkton Ridge, Monkton Boro signs, plus Cedar Lake and Recreational Area. We discovered and explored Raven Ridge Natural Area. We ascended 600 feet to see the unusual rock formation called the Oven.
