Hiked to Silver lake and discovered some very nice remote campsites. We have never been able to make a camping trip even though we tried. A lot of nice trails in the GMNF. Still trying to find a closer place to unload kayaks for portage.

5/14/22. Found Fern lake while exploring / remote camping at Chittenden Brook Campground.

6/9/2022 Revisited Silver Lake with Bill Maynard while camping at Moosalamoo.
