1st time in this town. We headed North to Beacher Falls. Looked for spot to step into Canada, Vt. and Nh. Not here. Met Dave who sells antiques. I bought 3 interesting NASCAR post cards. Dave let us have a sneak peek at a mural he had commissioned, depicting the history of Beacher Falls.

Wallace Pond is in Cannan and we have stopped at the boat launch. Pristine waters and good fishing. Jackson’s Lodge looks like a good place for R n R.
