Even though we have been in many towns in Vermont, we are starting from scratch with the plan to visit places we have not yet been to in towns we are already familiar with.  We started with a visit to Red Wagon Plant’s winter pop-up in Hinesburg– a great way to say hello to our favorite gardeners and also Grass Cattle Company, where Steve was serving up burgers — yum!  Split a pistachio cardamom cookie from Red Wagon’s fabulous bakery.  A short sweet visit just 15 minutes from where we live.
