We drove into Granby on Granby Rd from Guildhall and Route 102. The road became a dirt road and there were very few houses and buildings. In the town center  is the old schoolhouse, Granby Central School.  I remember donating money to the fund to keep it open as a community center. There is also a town hall and an old church and cemetery. A bench commemorating two Granby citizens mentions that Granby and Victory were the last two towns in Vermont to get electricity.
