The city just finished its $30 million renovation after Hurricane Irene. We went to the Vermont Folk Art Gallery and the Brandon Artists’ Guild. We had a snack at the Cafe Provence Bakery

Stephen Douglas was born there in 1813 (of the Lincoln and Douglas debates).
